Jeff Bays is Director and Executive Producer of OFFING DAVID. Jeff grew up in small-town America, was a cadet in Civil Air Patrol, and is a graduate of Webster University, St. Louis. A versatile voice actor, he received the Mark Time Award for his national radio special Not From Space (2003) which he also wrote and produced. Historically, it was the first audio theater to record its actors entirely through the Internet; broadcast 15 times on XM Satellite Radio, gaining popularity as far away as Denmark. Jeff is currently in development of his next feature film HURRY UP AND WAIT, a time-travel drama about mortality and second chances.
