Jeffrey Michael Bays is Director of OFFING DAVID, and a Bachelor of Arts graduate of Webster University, St. Louis. Jeff grew up in small-town America, ranked cadet Lieutenant Colonel in Civil Air Patrol, and began his film career in Chicago at age 17 as a Radio/TV/Film "cherub" at the National High School Institute. His groundbreaking radio special Not From Space (2003) was broadcast 15 times on XM Satellite Radio, winning international audio awards, and was historically the first to record actors exclusively through the Internet. Jeff is currently in development of his next feature film HURRY UP AND WAIT.
